STARTS WITH YOUR WISH LIST
Your initial meeting with Mary Hovell, owner of Michael’s Custom Homes, is a time to discuss your new home wish list. After discussing your vision for your dream home, an initial deposit will be required to turn your ideas into working drawings.
DREAMS ON PAPER
Preliminary drawings will be completed by our award winning designers for your review with Mary. You have the opportunity to discuss changes and updates to these plans over 2-3 meetings.
AGREEMENT TIME
Michael’s will price your home with selected home features and specialty items, then discuss all details of construction with you. The next meeting will confirm final pricing and you will approve a construction agreement.
PERSONALIZE YOUR HOME
During the 30 days or so for bank approval and permitting, you will begin the color selection process. Michael’s representatives will work with you to choose cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, etc. for your new home.
BUILDING EXCITEMENT
Depending on the size and complexity of your home, you can expect a 9-12 month build time. Before final payment and move-in, you will receive a personal home orientation to acquaint you with operating and maintaining your new home.
PEACE OF MIND
As part of your package, you will receive a One Year Builder’s Warranty and follow-up as needed. Our reputation depends on our customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond to exceed your expectations.
